I’m in my
Creative Pause

I'm giving myself permission to slow down, to let go of what no longer fits, and to listen deeply to what's stirring beneath the surface.

I'm taking time away from creating new offerings to truly honour (and find) my own, new rhythm, and create space for something new to birth through me.

I am currently holding space for the beautiful souls in my Embodied Resonance journey, a sacred container we're walking together, and beyond that, I'm choosing intentional pause over constant creation.

I'm consciously choosing depth over hustle, emergence over force, presence over performing.

Where you will find me is with my nose in a book, in my painting studio or out in nature.
