Life pushed me into places where silence was no longer an option.
And sometimes, it forced me into thresholds I never would have chosen.
How I Got Here
At 27, I lost my husband to cancer.
And when I later became a mother, the wounds of my own childhood cracked open as I held my son and felt the love my mother could not give me.
My body and my voice both fractured.
The insomnia, the burnout forced me to ask: Why am I so afraid of the truth?
Because I was speaking a lot. Explaining, filling the air with words.
But I wasn’t speaking the truth. Not to myself, not to others.
And I was afraid of what might happen if I did.
From that raw fracture, I discovered something unexpected: my wound was not just a break, but a door.
Through it, I learned to recognize the patterns no one else names, to reclaim my truth, and to turn endings into thresholds of possibility.
What I do

Beyond the Work
I live in Norway with my family, my husband and two teenage boys who are my deepest motivation for this work. Everything I do stems from my commitment to being a generational cycle breaker, ensuring my children can simply live their best lives and evolve naturally, rather than spending decades healing from their past.
I paint abstract art, love deep conversations, and believe that when we understand and change our own patterns, we create better conditions not just for ourselves, but for everyone we love. I want transformation to be sustainable and nurturing, not just another experience to recover from.
