When we learn to edit our truth, perform acceptable womanhood, and manage our frequency so others feel comfortable, we slowly lose contact with the most powerful thing we carry - ourselves.

WHO I AM
If I have to put a name on myself, I see and feel myself as a Soul Alignment Guide, Life Artist, Space Holder, Weaver of Thresholds.
For nearly 20 years, I've walked my own thresholds, through every layer of the healing journey, and I've had the honour of walking beside sensitive, awakened women who are ready to stop circling and start living from what they already know.
I am a woman and mother who has lived in complete disconnection from her own body and found her way back. I have been following my passions and been drawn to the ancient wisdom of Chinese medicine, aromatherapy, plants, Feng Shui, abstract painting, somatic work and many forms of yoga. Not as credentials, but as a deep and honest need to find my own ground.
With a background woven from fifteen years of embodied healing, Human Design as a living experiment woven through my life and business, and a lifelong devotion to beauty, truth and the art of living, I have a passion for shifting the conversation around leadership to include the language of the body, the wisdom of the nervous system, and the quiet courage of a woman who finally trusts herself.
This is my own living practice, and it is the most powerful thing I can offer another woman. Not a destination I've arrived at, but a path I walk with integrity, every single day. I am learning, in real time, in my own life, what it looks like when a woman stops managing her frequency for others' comfort and starts living at the full voltage of who she actually is. And I walk beside other women as they find that voltage in themselves.

What she gives people isn't just guidance. It's capacity, the capacity to hold the whole of a life, the light and the difficult, without flinching, and without letting the parts of a person that are afraid of a bigger truth win the argument.
